Digital Goods Refund Policy
Delivery and Return Terms

1. Delivery Conditions

All services purchased through the RefX® platform fall under digital content and digital service categories. Following successful payment, the service is assigned to the user’s account. There is no physical delivery involved.

2. Service Commencement

Subscription-based services become available once payment is completed and remain accessible for the duration of the selected subscription period. The service is considered to have begun once the user first accesses the content.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive) and applicable Turkish laws (including the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation), digital content delivered immediately upon purchase is generally exempt from the right of withdrawal after performance begins.

Therefore:

• Non-refundable After Access: Once the user has accessed the service, a refund cannot be requested.

• Before Activation: If the service has not yet been activated (i.e., the content has not been accessed), a refund request may be made within 7 days of purchase.

• Setup or Installation: If installation has begun or been completed, no refund is available.

• Annual Payments: If an annual payment has been made and the service has commenced, there is no refund for the remaining period.​

4. Setup and Onboarding Service

The setup process is deemed part of service commencement. Once setup is completed or the system is opened for user access, the right to a refund ends.

5. Subscription Cancellation

If a subscription is cancelled, users may continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period. Cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle. No refund is provided for the current cycle.
