🟢 Session 1 – Understanding Inclusion Beyond Words
Focus: Awareness & mindset
Duration: 30 minutes
Agenda:
Icebreaker: “When did you feel you truly belonged at work?” (poll/chat)
Mini lecture: What inclusion really means — beyond diversity numbers
Real cases: everyday inclusion and exclusion moments in teams
Reflection exercise: participants identify barriers to belonging in their environment
Takeaway: Participants develop an understanding of how inclusion feels, why it matters, and how small behaviors shape culture.
 
🔵 Session 2 – Unconscious Bias in Action
Focus: Recognition & empathy
Duration: 30 minutes
Agenda:
Recap of inclusion principles: fairness, empathy, curiosity
Interactive activity: “Bias at Work” (short scenario poll or breakout)
Discussion: How bias shows up in teamwork, feedback, and decision-making
Reflection: What assumptions do we make without realizing it?
Takeaway: Participants learn to recognize subtle bias, explore its impact, and adopt practical tools for inclusive decision-making.

Focus: Application & behavior change
Duration: 30 minutes

Practical exercise: designing inclusive moments — meetings, recognition, communication
Group sharing: participants exchange one real action they’ll try this week
Wrap-up: “The 3 daily habits of inclusive colleagues”
