Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is concluded, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the Seller identified below and the Buyer, who purchases digital services from the website www.refx.com.tr (“Site”).

Buyer:

Within the scope of this contract, “Buyer” refers to the natural person who purchases any of the digital services offered at www.refx.com.tr and electronically approves this contract.

2. Subject of the Contract

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the nature, sales price, delivery method, and return conditions of the subscription-based digital service purchased by the Buyer from the Seller through the Seller’s website.

3. Service Information

  • Service Name: RefX Subscription Service (e.g., Basic / Premium)

  • Service Type: Digital content and platform access

  • Delivery Method: Digitally assigned to the user account

  • Delivery Time: Made accessible through the system within 24 hours after payment

  • Price: The price specified at the time of purchase (taxes included)

 

4. Payment Information

Payment is made online via credit card, debit card, or digital payment systems. Payment confirmation and invoice details are sent to the Buyer’s email address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under the applicable laws (including Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations), digital content delivered immediately upon purchase is exempt from the right of withdrawal. Accordingly:

  • The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after accessing the service.

  • If the service has not yet been activated (i.e., no access has been made), the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to hello@tdx.consulting.

6. Refund and Subscription Cancellation

  • No refund will be made after the service has started or has been assigned to the user account.

  • For annual payments, if access to the service has been granted, there is no refund for any remaining period.

  • If the setup or installation service has begun or been completed, the setup fee is non-refundable.

  • When the Buyer requests to cancel the subscription, they may continue to use the service until the end of the current term. The cancellation will take effect in the next term.

7. Delivery Method

The purchased digital service does not require any physical delivery. Once payment is completed, the service is digitally assigned to the user account.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from this contract, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction was conducted shall be authorized, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

​

9. Entry into Force

This contract comes into force on the date the Buyer electronically approves it. By purchasing the service, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this contract.
