A.Engagement & Contribution (High-Impact Actions)
1.Action: Submit interview rating - 600 Points
Share your interview experience and earn 600 RefX points. You may submit feedback after your interview — whether the result is positive or negative — or if no response is received within 3 months.
No Limit: Earn 600refx points each time
2.Action: Share Your Story - 400 + 200 Points
Share your job interview story to earn 400 RefX points. If our editors approve and publish your story at our blog publicly, you’ll receive an additional 400 RefX points (maximum two stories per year).
Limit: Tou can share maksimum 2 stories per year
3.Action: Submit a Suggestion - 50 + 150 Points
If your suggestion is approved and implemented, you’ll receive an additional 150 RefX points.
Limit: Max 5 suggestion per year
4.Friend referral (order completed) - 200 Points
When a friend joins RefX through your shared link, they receive 200 points upon sign-up.
If they later purchase a program from the store, you also earn 200 points for their first completed order. (CV Validation service purchases are excluded.)

C. Program Participation (Transactional Actions)
1.Purchase a Career Program
Earn 200 RefX points for each program purchase from the store.
2.Subscribe for CV Validation Membership
Receive 250 RefX points when you become an annual CV Validation member. Valid for the first registration only.
3.Fill out the reference form
Earn 400 RefX points when you complete a reference form for a member applying for CV Validation.
